The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Lead Generation Private Aviation Consultant to support our growing sales team.
This is primarily an administrative and lead-generation position, with a strong focus on phone outreach, data entry, lead research, and verifying the quality of prospective leads.
You will help identify potential clients, enter and maintain accurate information in our systems, make outbound calls, and determine whether prospects meet our basic qualification criteria.
The position is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales and business development, with the opportunity to grow into a more advanced sales role based on performance.
This role is well suited for college students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to begin a career in sales.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads using established scripts and talking points.
Research and identify potential prospects through approved lead sources and databases.
Enter new leads and prospect information accurately into company systems and CRM platforms.
Verify and update contact information, company information, and other lead details.
Review leads and determine whether they meet basic quality and qualification criteria.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
Follow up with prospects as directed by the sales team.
Assist sales executives by providing organized and properly qualified leads.
Perform general administrative tasks related to lead generation and sales support.
Communicate professionally with prospects over the phone and through email when needed.
Meet reasonable daily and weekly activity goals for calls, data entry, and lead qualification.
Learn the fundamentals of private aviation, our services, and our target customer base.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, coachable, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
Previous sales experience is not required. Interest in Sales is preferred.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and friendly phone presence.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- The ability to follow instructions and established processes.
- Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability and strong attendance.
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
- College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, administrative work, or lead generation is helpful but not required.

- This is an on-site position at our FLL Office
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Florida office Monday through Friday.
- Compensation
- The Salary is 45-55k With commissions on Lead conversions
- Employees who demonstrate strong performance and an aptitude for sales may have the opportunity to advance into higher-level sales and business development roles.
- Candidates will be required to sign a Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment.
