Senior Brand DesignerLocation:DTLA 100% Onsite (Monday-Friday)Salaried Role -appx $100,000Employment Type: Full-TimeWe're looking for a Senior Brand Designer with exceptional visual design skills and a strong portfolio spanning retail, packaging, print, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer brand environment and enjoys balancing big-picture creative thinking with hands-on execution.You'll partner closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling work that elevates the brand across product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail experiences, and digital channels.Bonus Experience• Consumer packaged goods (CPG)• Beverage, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands• Retail and shopper marketing• Environmental or experiential design• Integrated 360° marketing campaignsWhat You'll Do• Design and execute a wide variety of marketing and brand assets across print and digital channels.• Create in-store signage, point-of-sale materials, shelf talkers, promotional displays, and endcaps.• Develop packaging concepts and production-ready artwork.• Design and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems.• Review and approve creative produced by external agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency.• Create high-fidelity mockups and presentation materials for internal reviews.• Design branded merchandise and promotional products.• Develop billboard, outdoor, and large-format creative as needed.• Create engaging social media assets and digital marketing creative.• Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives from concept through final production.• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver thoughtful, high-quality creative while managing multiple priorities.What We're Looking For• 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design.• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across print, digital, retail, and packaging.• Experience working with consumer brands, CPG, retail, lifestyle, or agency clients.• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.• Strong understanding of print production, packaging, and prepress workflows.• Ability to move seamlessly between conceptual design and production execution.• Exceptional typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills.• Experience collaborating with marketing teams, creative leaders, agencies, and production vendors.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus but not required.
