Join a dynamic team focused on creating high-performing paid video ads for Meta platforms, supporting workers in hospitality, healthcare, and other industries. As a freelance video editor, you will transform raw user-generated content and audio clips into compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions. You will work independently, leveraging your understanding of paid ad structures to deliver results with minimal oversight. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on brand visibility and customer acquisition. Deliverables Edit and assemble UGC b-roll and audio clips into polished paid ad videos for Meta platforms Integrate additional b-roll from the content library as needed to enhance storytelling Collaborate with the founder’s recorded footage to create cohesive, engaging ads Ensure all videos adhere to best practices for paid ad performance and platform specifications Deliver final assets in required formats and resolutions, ready for deployment Requirements Proven experience editing video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Strong understanding of paid ad creative structures and performance optimization Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal direction Excellent sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audio integration Experience working with UGC and branded content is highly desirable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
