Subway is seeking a Director, Guest Engineering to lead the full guest-facing digital stack across mobile, web, kiosk, and middleware platforms. You will set architectural direction, build a 20+ person multi-disciplinary team, and drive end-to-end delivery with significant autonomy in a fast-paced consumer environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps, ensure platform reliability, and champion AI-assisted development across all pods.
