Entry level leadership training Training on how to set goals and achieve them Fun goal related contests to make your workdays more fun and competitive Complimentary Diamond Prism and Wellness Salon Membership ResponsibilitiesMeeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Assists with daily store manager admin work Assists with training new hire sales associates Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items Maintain a clean and organized salon Opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users. Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings QualificationsHigh school diploma, or equivalent.
