About the role
We are seeking an experienced DOC1 / EngageOne CCM Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with DOC1/EngageOne Designer, Customer Communications Management (CCM), XML, and JSON.

Design and develop customer-facing documents, statements, correspondence, and batch communications. Develop and maintain templates using DOC1 / EngageOne Designer. Work with XML and JSON data for dynamic document generation. Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Perform testing and ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.
Required Skills:
6+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with DOC1 / EngageOne Designer. Solid CCM experience. Strong knowledge of XML and JSON. Experience with document composition and batch communication solutions. xaygatp Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
