About the role

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Production Support Engineer will serve as the first line of technical support for customers, resolving connectivity, configuration, and messaging issues while educating clients on self-service tools.
Key responsibilities: Manage and resolve Tier I support tickets, escalating as necessary Instruct customers on updating configurations and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues Monitor production feeds and respond to critical support issues during work hours and on call shifts
Required qualifications: Technical support experience Ability to read and interpret technical data, such as JSON and HL7v 2 Understanding of APIs and web service protocols Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to customers Organized and customer service-oriented mindset
