We are seeking experienced BIM Detailers specializing in sheet metal, piping, or plumbing to support coordinated model development on large‑scale mechanical construction projects. This role focuses on producing accurate, constructible, and fully coordinated 3D models using Revit, working closely with project teams to deliver high‑quality BIM outputs.

Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and fully coordinated 3D models for sheet metal, piping, or plumbing systems in Revit. Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and field teams to meet project requirements. Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, specifications, and submittals to produce accurate layouts. Identify and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and best practices. Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and gather field data. Produce material take-offs, spool drawings, and fabrication‑ready documentation. Maintain organized project files and communicate design updates clearly. Ideal Experience & Skills Strong proficiency in Revit for sheet metal, piping, or plumbing system modeling. Understanding of BIM/VDC workflows, coordination, and clash detection. Knowledge of trade‑specific system design principles and components. High attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and models. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues independently. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Field verification experience is a plus. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
