About the role
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare company in the Denver area on an Inside Sales Representative opportunity. This is a true full-cycle sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing new business. The Inside Sales Representative will own an assigned territory and be responsible for generating new opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and other healthcare organizations through high-volume outbound activity.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business within an assigned territory
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling, emailing, and follow-up activity
- Identify and develop new accounts across hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and other healthcare organizations
- Build and maintain a strong sales funnel and opportunity pipeline
- Manage prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through close
- Develop and execute a territory strategy designed to exceed revenue goals
- Build relationships with purchasing contacts and other key decision-makers
- Understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, pricing, and purchasing considerations
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity data, and customer notes
- Onboard new customers and help ensure a smooth transition after the sale
- Partner cross-functionally on product availability, customer issues, and sales opportunities
- Track customer commitments and follow up consistently to support recurring revenue
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and product utilization
- Maintain strong activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound environment
- Demonstrated experience prospecting and developing new business
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Ability to speak clearly to sales metrics, including activity levels, pipeline generation, target accounts, conversion rates, and sales cycle length
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly driven, competitive, and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader sales team
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRMHealthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in a fast-growing or private equity-backed environment is a plus
