This position is open to applicants based in the United States and offers flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviewsCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processesMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport benefits enrollment and employee inquiriesAssist with payroll-related documentation and personnel changesTrack employee training, certifications, and compliance requirementsPrepare HR reports and maintain HR databasesRespond to employee questions regarding company policies and proceduresSupport employee engagement and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulationsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismRequirementsMust be legally authorized to work and reside in the United StatesPrevious experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Administration, or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of HR practices and employment processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR software systemsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailReliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspacePreferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirementsExperience working in a remote environmentCompensation$29–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsPerformance-based growth opportunitiesBenefitsFlexible working hoursRemote work from anywhere within the United StatesProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career advancementJob TypeFull-Time or Part-TimeRemoteScheduleFlexible hoursMonday–Friday preferredOccasional virtual meetings as neededLocationRemote (Applicants must be based in the United States)
