Your main focus will be on leading our marketing efforts in the areas of digital marketing, social media, website operations, influencers, and eCommerce. As a key player on a team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand recognition, engage our target audience, and drive sales. Candidates must have experience in production support for skincare or makeup and work closely with manufacturers for sample testing.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product development strategies aligned with market trends.Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch.Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes.Create and maintain detailed project timelines for each product launch.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to deadlines.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China.Craft compelling and accurate product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create persuasive and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in the Skincare productsMust be a starter and a collaborative team playerStrong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to present professionally to cross-functional teams and related vendorsStrong project management and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projectsHigh interest in Makeup and knowledge of current trendsExcellent organizational skillsStrong desire to work through challenges by implementing creative solutionsBachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Required SkillsCosmetic IndustryBrand managementWork AuthorizationGreen CardUS CitizenW2
