This role supports the sales organization with diagnostics, product training, warranty support, and technical consultation across plumbing, HVAC, hydronic, and water treatment product lines. The ideal candidate will have residential/commercial plumbing experience, backflow prevention knowledge, and strong diagnostic skills.
