About the role

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. The role focuses on facilitating distributed training with U.S. and allied aircrews, employing CES, NGTS, and MACE to simulate modern threats in a virtual environment. Successful candidates will hold an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility), and have fighter aviation credentials with relevant aircraft exposure or advanced degrees. Willingness to travel 10% is required.
