Examples are property assistant, office assistant, and community builder. All positions are temporary positions with a duration of six months. Requirements:Current JobLink participantResponsibilities: Responsibilities will vary depending on the position. Examples are:Coordinate designated activities of the leasing processComplete routine inspection of unitsRespond to questions or concerns from residents or applicantsCoordinate maintenance services and process work order requestsPerform clerical and administrative tasksReceive and screen phone callsProvide information to residents and visitorsThe Location: Multiple sites in the Seattle areaThis position is not eligible for the Seattle Housing Authority benefits package. Sick Leave - Effective January 1, 2018, most temporary positions became eligible to accrue sick leave, typically at an accrual rate of one (1) hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked (calculated at.025 for each hour worked).
