About the role
Seeking a part-time Interim Individual Giving Manager for a 5-month contract, the role will manage major individual giving portfolios, support donor outreach, and conduct prospect research, all while working remotely within the continental US, Hawaii, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide portfolio management and strategy for major individual giving, including tracking donor outreach and next steps
Prepare briefings and materials for C-suite executives for major donor meetings and manage end-of-year outreach efforts
Research and identify potential major-gift prospects using prospecting tools and public information, contributing to the expansion of the donor pipeline
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in philanthropy and major gifts fundraising
Proven ability to manage fundraising operations and donor pipeline development strategies
Exceptional writing skills for crafting donor communications and proposals
Experience preparing and supporting executives for high-level donor engagements
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions and leadership
