Your New RoleAs an HVAC Residential Install Apprentice in the Raleigh, NC area, you'll gain hands-on experience in HVAC installation, working under the guidance of expert technicians. You'll learn everything from installing furnaces and air conditioners to setting up thermostats and ductwork. What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the installation of residential HVAC systems
Learning industry safety protocols and best practices
Working with senior technicians to understand HVAC components and system setups
Preparing, inspecting, and testing HVAC systems for proper functionality
Keeping tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
Communicating professionally with customers under supervision
Participating in ongoing training to develop your skills
