Job Description: Up to $92,540 First-Year Package Ready to trade an unpredictable school or clinical schedule for structured hours, top-tier pay, and real time off? Mint Workforce is hiring Certified Athletic Trainers for permanent, direct-hire positions with a leading, nationally recognized employer-based healthcare provider, supporting a Fortune 100 global automotive manufacturer's site in Princeton, IN. Two shifts available. Compensation$38/hour base ($79,040 annualized)$7,500 signing bonus Evening shift: $6,000 annual shift incentive, paid in two installments after the 90-day probation period First-year package: $86,540 (day shift) or $92,540 (evening shift)Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance Annual performance review with merit increases, typically 2-3.5%Schedule Day shift: 9:15 AM–6:00 PMEvening shift: 5:00 PM–1:45 AM (comes with shift incentive)

What You'll Do: One-on-one and group injury prevention education for a manufacturing workforce Evaluate and treat occupational injuries within your scope of practice Build relationships with employees and site leadership to reduce avoidable injuries Work alongside an onsite health center team
