Aim for Mastery in Craft: Exceptional woodworking and fabrication skill with experience in building cabinets and countertops. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision in measurements, cuts, and finishes to ensure high-quality results. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using power and hand tools, with experience in working with various materials like wood, laminate, and solid surfaces. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods. Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work closely with designers, drafters, and other team members to achieve project goals. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to challenges that arise during fabrication and assembly. Growth-Oriented: Eagerness to learn new techniques and take on additional responsibilities, with an eye towards career advancement.
Why Join Us?
Competitive Compensation: A salary commensurate with your skills and experience.
Comprehensive Benefits:
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, referral program, paid time off, holidays, and a 401k plan with matching contributions. Career Advancement: Opportunities to grow from fabrication into specialty or leadership positions. Everything in our business stems from understanding of fabrication.
