About the role
- Assist in operating nested-base CNC routers and woodworking machinery - Work with edgebanders, sliding table saws, and other production equipment - Support cabinet and component manufacturing workflows - Read and follow production drawings and specifications - Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout production - Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and organized - Follow all shop safety procedures and operational standards

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - Woodworking, cabinet, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred - Comfortable using hand tools and power tools - Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn CNC equipment and production systems - Ability to read basic plans, drawings, or measurements - Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment - Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed Why Join Closet Factory?
