AP Emissions Technologies seeks a Director of Process Engineering to lead the AP Production System, owning strategy for productivity, lead time, flexibility and innovation across production value streams. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Purchasing to translate opportunities into measurable productivity and quality improvements. The Director will drive automation and capital equipment roadmaps, establish TPM and OEE strategies, ensure safe equipment
