Position: Front Desk
Shift: Full-time or part-time, Monday-Sunday flexibility is required, 3-11pmPay: Based on experienceTPI Hospitality is a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
  • Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
  • Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
