Midtown strives to hire individuals committed to full-time employment, although we do hire part-time and seasonal coaches. Coaches who attain an average of 28 hours per week or more of on- and off-court duties qualify for full-time benefits. Midtown offers more training and development options than any other private commercial club company, including a professional development account to provide financial support for relevant education and training. Midtown coaches have opportunities to grow, develop and build a career.
Competitive Compensation: Depending on credentials and experience, full-time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the full-time benefits package, and considering 30 hours of instruction per week, between $65k and $85k, annually. Contact Midtown to pursue a Coaching career if you:· Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.· Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.· Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.· Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.· Have a growth mindset and are curious· Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.
