ABOUT THE ROLE: MASH Performance is seeking a motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about developing athletes, teaching proper movement mechanics, and creating a positive training environment that helps individuals reach their full potential. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will work directly with youth, high school, collegiate, and adult athletes in both group and individual training settings. You will be responsible for leading training sessions, coaching movement technique, fostering athlete engagement, and helping deliver the high-performance experience that MASH Performance is known for. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about athlete development, values relationship-building, and can effectively motivate athletes while maintaining high standards of coaching, safety, and professionalism. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on athletes’ performance, confidence, and long-term success while working alongside an experienced coaching staff committed to continuous learning and excellence.
