About the role

VITL is seeking a Head of Pharmacy Success in Nashville, with hybrid or remote options. This senior individual contributor role owns the pharmacy network, ensures on-time, compliant, and price-competitive clinic orders, and builds the pharmacy‑success function across 503A/503B operations. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to streamline order management, formulary syncing, and analytics, while building playbooks and capacity plans to scale with clinic growth.
