About the teamYou'll join a small, cross-functional product team operating with startup energy inside a global company. PM ownership spans AI Assist, Client Experience, and Knowledge. You'll partner closely with Design, Engineering, and senior leadership across DXC to turn product strategy into shipped capabilities and measurable impact. You'll report to the Director of Product Management and User Experience.The roleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a major OASIS vertical end-to-end. You'll define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; identify the highest-value opportunities; and lead execution from concept through launch and iteration. You won't inherit a fully formed product. You'll shape what we build, who it serves, how we differentiate, and how we measure success.This is a senior IC role with meaningful strategic influence and clear ownership. The team is lean, the problem space is high potential, and the pace is fast. We work through Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver, with Confluence as the record and Jira as the system of execution. The PM role is to define the right problem, align the organization around the opportunity, and drive the work to a meaningful result.Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $110,300 - $204,800.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
