About the role

Shearer's Foods in Moraine, OH is inviting applications for a Food Processing Machine Operator (Seasoner). The role runs 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, with days Mon-Thu and an hourly rate of $22.50 (night shift +$2). You will operate industrial equipment, follow precise recipes, monitor processing variables, and perform quality tests. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food manufacturing, familiarity with GMPs and QA practices, and the ability to lift up to 85+ pounds.
