Job Responsibilities:Partners with transformation leaders to define roles, desired outcomes and recommended Agile practicesPromotes organizational agility across the enterprise through coaching, mentoring, and facilitatingIdentifies organizational and enterprise-wide impediments to successful Agile transformation and works with the leadership team to create effective strategies to overcome themEnhances organization leadership and knowledge on Agile Frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, to guide them in defining and achieving their success criteriaPromotes Agile values and principles, and exemplify servant leadership and team empowermentCollaborates in the development of training materials and provide Agile training across entire organization Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's DegreePreferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a team member on an Agile team, or as a Project ManagerMinimum 4-6 years hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master, Scrum of Scrum, or Product Owner on a teamMinimum 4-6 years of experience in an Agile Coaching role helping teams efficiently deliver customer valuePrior experience leading Agile transformation within medium to large-size organizationsExperience working within a highly regulated environment strongly desired; preferably in the financial services industryExperience with Co-Active and/or Organization and Relationship System (ORSC) coaching, preferredDeep knowledge of Agile and Lean Methodology, Scrum and Kanban frameworksExpert in common scaled agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at ScaleExperience working with multiple culturally diversified and geographically distributed teamsDeep understanding of Agile Coaching Competency FrameworkExperience speaking with C-level executives
