About the role
Albemarle Corporation seeks an experienced engineering leader to oversee the production operations of a lithium plant. You will ensure safe commissioning, define the operating philosophy and shift model, and establish SOPs and procedures for safe, standardized startup and operation.
You will also plan staffing, training, and readiness assessments to prepare first‑line leaders and operators for handover and production.
