About the Role – Field Technician (Remote) We’re seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team as a full-time remote specialist capable of supporting ISR mission equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, on-site deployment, and maintaining deep customer relations. You will work closely with the Director of Engineering, other CNC Technical Team members, and clients to ensure all technical issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, and appropriately. Key Responsibilities Travel to asset location to deploy, maintain, and support aerial-surveillance systems in customer aircraft per assigned region. Provide technical troubleshooting and remote support, when required Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to convey status, challenges, and resolutions for the benefit of other team members. Minimum Qualifications Aviation background, which may include but is not limited to: avionics installer, A&P, avionics troubleshooter, or military equivalent Able to read and work from wiring diagrams for troubleshooting and verifying that a system is working as designed.
