About the role

The Malden Public Schools (MPS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Linden STEAM Academy in Malden, Massachusetts. The BCBA will consult on autism programs, develop ABA/TEACCH resources, and guide staff through evidence-based interventions. The role includes supervising BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians, traveling between sites for direct treatment and collaboration with families, and aligning services with district expectations.
