Job Title: Recruiter Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Location: On-site / Hybrid / Remote (based on role) Compensation: Base pay + performance incentives (role-dependent) Role Overview A Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and placing qualified candidates into open roles efficiently and professionally. This role sits at the center of hiring operations and directly impacts business growth. Strong recruiters balance speed with judgment—moving fast without cutting corners.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication end-to-end Present qualified candidates with clear, honest assessments Manage offer processes and support candidates through acceptance Maintain accurate records in the ATS / CRM Ensure a professional, respectful candidate experience at all times Required Qualifications 1–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house) Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing quality High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with hiring targets and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring hourly, frontline, or operational roles Industry experience in hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, construction, or tech Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Multilingual skills are a plus Core Traits We Value Accountability: You own your roles end to end Judgment: You know when to push and when to pause Integrity: No overselling jobs or candidates Work Ethic: Recruiting rewards consistency, not shortcuts What This Is (and Isn't) This is a hands-on recruiting role.You will source, screen, and close.
