About You:
The Retail Labor Management Administrative Assistant provides administrative, reporting, and analytical support to the Retail Labor Management team. This role assists in maintaining labor scheduling systems, preparing labor reports, managing data integrity, coordinating communications with retail locations, and supporting initiatives designed to optimize workforce productivity and labor expense management. This temporary position is located in Edison, NJ. The assignment is expected to last from 3-6 months.
What You’ll Do:
Collect/Enter store characteristics into Logile labor management system Prepare data comparisons forecast/actuals Staffing parameter entry - taking store hours of operations by department and entering them into the templates and uploading them into the Logile system Perform some system administrative work in Logile as it arises Communicate with retail locations to survey, collect and validate information and characteristics Respond to inquiries from stores and corporate partners. Participate in department team meetings and discussions pertaining to retail information, data and collected characteristics What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years of college Exceptional MS Office skills with advanced Excel skills Ability to adapt to new systems Well-developed oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Demonstrated high level of customer service Strong attention to detail Ability to interface with all levels of Wakefern / Shop Rite Associates Ability to work 5 days onsite, 40 hours per week How you’ll succeed Communicate Effectively: Communicates thoughts and ideas in a well-organized manner, encouraging two-way communication. Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $25-$30 per hour. Placement in the salary depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
