Automation and Technical Support Technician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing. Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings. Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools. Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting. Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics. Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED.Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus. Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience. Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience. Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience. Mechanical knowledge, or experience. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $47,000 and $59,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
