Senior Insurance Collections Representative Founded by Harvard-trained physicians with a vision of offering patient-first care beyond the hospital settings, we've grown into the nation's largest network of outpatient vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate centers, with 170+ clinics across the country. Our mission is simple: deliver life-changing, minimally invasive care, close to home. We're building a culture where innovation, compassion, and accountability thrive. While proud of our growth, we're even more excited about what's ahead, and the team we're building to get there. We look forward to meeting you! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Insurance Collections Representative. This position resolves complex and high-dollar claims, denials, appeals, underpayments, and escalations while identifying trends, supporting bulk resolution, and mentoring junior collectors.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
