This paid role will be 2 days a week, on site, 9am - 5pm, with the opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate has passion for textiles and is a highly organized, detail oriented worker comfortable working with a small team in a fast paced environment.
Job Summary: - Sort and file all returned fabric memos into library drawers. - Assist with weekly memo restock. - Build and ship fabric sets for sales representatives. - Assist in general upkeep of fabric sample library. - Sew memos on in house serger if needed. Studio Organization: - Assist Sourcing team with office organizational projects. - Reorganizing the loft with back up office supplies. - Assist with overall studio organization and cleanliness. Qualification + Skills: -Experience in the textile or interior design industry is a plus -Experience operating an industrial serger is required.
