**Must have active Top Secret/SCIThis position supports ServiceNow solutions for the customer's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) mission — workflows supporting oversight activities such as case and investigation management, intake, and audit/inspection tracking. Focus-area experience that will stand out: Experience designing case-management style applications on ServiceNow (App Engine, CSM, or custom scoped apps) Ability to translate oversight, investigative, or audit business processes into secure, role-based ServiceNow workflows Comfort working with sensitive data and strict access-control requirements
What You Will Do:
  • Support ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, and App Engine ServiceNow applications.
  • Maintain the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.
  • Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
  • Manage key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Manage ServiceNow instance security: user/group access, administration, and access control lists.
  • Initiate health scans and track the remediation of findings.
  • Develop automation scripts for efficient deployment and operations of ServiceNow using a variety of scripting and programming languages
  • Use good coding practices to ensure reliable, durable code.
  • Understand customer critical business issues, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Draft solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Incorporate ServiceNow best practices and accelerators.
  • Lead technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance during workshops and assist in the creation and refinement of stories.
  • If required, configure the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Design and communicate a technical architecture blueprint based on capability and process implementation roadmaps aligned to desired business outcomes.
  • Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
  • Engage with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer's core applications.
  • Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather requirements, present and validate solutions, and test the interpretation of the client's needs.
  • Work with workflows in two or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps).Drive process optimization, efficiencies, and productivity using automation.
  • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues.
  • Serve as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying and developing strategic technical opportunities.
  • Review and approve key technical architecture designs to ensure compliance with out-of-the-box (OOB) best practices, upgrade compatibility, security standards, and client governance policies.
  • Lead Technical Review Boards (TRBs) and oversee release management, including update set reviews, deployment readiness evaluations, and production approvals.
  • Evaluate Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Integrations, and Flow Designer implementations to mitigate security risks and optimize performance and maintainability.
What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferably in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering).Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, in a technical domain. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a senior architect, technical lead, or in enterprise architecture. Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including security, CMDB, integrations, domain separation, and enterprise-scale solution design. Implementation and integration experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, and App Engine. Good communication and soft skills to ask the customer the right questions and understand requirements from a user perspective. Experience with ServiceNow and applying ITIL standards.

Required:
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Preferred (or obtain):ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS) – App Engine
  • Minimum two of the following:
