About the role

Takeda is seeking a Director, Field Medical - Gastroenterology (West) to lead and coach a team of MSLs, driving external scientific engagement with KOLs and HCPs in line with US Medical priorities. You will provide leadership, manage budget and plans, and ensure compliant, data-driven engagement using digital tools to elevate team performance.
