Revenue Cycle Manager – Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Classification: ExemptAT&C is seeking a driven and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and support our Accounts Receivable (A/R) teams within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing collections, optimizing revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position plays a vital role in supporting both our clients’ financial health and our internal team’s growth.What You’ll Do:Oversee daily A/R operations and collections to support healthy cash flow and minimize outstanding balancesLead, coach, and develop A/R teams to meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality client serviceServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and managing relationshipsReview, report, and analyze performance trends; provide recommendations for operational improvementsCollaborate with senior leadership to enhance policies, procedures, and team effectivenessEnsure quality, compliance, and performance benchmarks are consistently achievedConduct monthly quality reviews and manage end-of-month reporting and client communicationsSupport onboarding, training, team development, and special projects as neededQualifications & Requirements:Minimum Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory roleAt least 2 years of experience working in an ASC environmentProficiency in at least one Practice Management System (PMS): AdvantX, Vision, HST, SIS Complete, ModMed, gGastro, or TebraStrong leadership skills with proven performance management experienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)Working knowledge of payer contracts, EOBs, and denial resolutionUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standardsHigh school diploma or GEDPreferred:Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related fieldKey Competencies:In-depth knowledge of the full revenue cycle processStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesEffective communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilityHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCommitted to a client-centric approach and continuous improvementWork Environment & Physical Demands:Fully remote role – must maintain a quiet, dedicated home office free from distractionsAvailable to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CSTProlonged periods of sitting and computer useFrequent use of phone, video conferencing, and email communicationOccasional light lifting for equipment setup may be requiredSpecific vision abilities needed include close and distance vision and focus adjustmentCompensation & Benefits:Competitive Salary: Salary for this position starts at $55,000–$65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
