Ledcor is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead mobile equipment maintenance across mining operations on site. You will supervise field staff, contractors, and trades to ensure maintenance is performed safely, on time, and within budget. A strong focus on safety culture and KPI achievement is required. You will spend significant time in the field, driving continuous improvement, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and deploying key maintenance initiatives to meet targets.
