About the role
We have been retained by a leading food & beverage manufacturer who is looking for a Corporate Controller!
The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the leadership team and will oversee critical accounting and financial reporting functions across the organization. This leader will provide oversight of cost accounting, inventory control, A/P, financial reporting, and the monthly close process while partnering closely with FP&A and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
CPA or CMA
Big Four audit experience at the Manager level
7+ years of accounting and finance leadership experience
Strong manufacturing cost accounting and product costing experience
Experience overseeing inventory control
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS financial reporting
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop accounting teams
Experience with ERP systems; Oracle/E1 experience is a plus
