Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities: Web Application Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.Performance Optimization:
  • Drive discussions and implement solutions to improve application speed and efficiency, both on the front-end and back-end.
  • DevOps & CI/CD:Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance and streamline continuous integration and deployment workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation:
  • Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Self-Motivation & Ownership:
  • Take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Must be able to attend in-person interviews and work 100% onsite in Bothell, WAOr refer someone
