What You Will Do:
• Support preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient daily operations, including equipment replacement and oil changes.• Assist with environmental and safety inspections to maintain a clean, safe workplace.• Troubleshoot and repair machinery; help with tooling adjustments and setup changes.• Work closely with leadership to coordinate maintenance schedules.• Assist in training machine operators and support production as needed.• Manage oil and supply inventory.• Maintain an organized warehouse.• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
What You Bring:
• High school diploma or GED.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Forklift ability or willingness to train.• Basic understanding of production processes.• Maintenance experience preferred.• Familiarity with tools and equipment.• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
