Service Financial Advisor

Our client is an established and growing wealth management practice seeking an experienced Service Advisor to work closely with lead advisors and support the ongoing financial planning and relationship management needs of an established client base. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, has a strong financial planning foundation, and wants to continue growing on the advisory side of wealth management without the pressure of building their own book of business. The Service Advisor will act as a second chair to lead advisors, participate in client meetings, prepare and update comprehensive financial plans, support investment and risk management strategies, and help ensure clients receive a proactive, high-touch experience. Registered Associate Posting 10…What You’ll Do: Serve as a second chair to lead advisors in client meetings Gather and analyze client financial information Prepare financial planning analyses across retirement, investments, insurance, estate planning, tax planning, and cash flow Develop planning recommendations and presentation materials for client meetings Review financial plans for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client goals Update financial plans as client circumstances and objectives change Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities Serve as a point of contact for client questions and ongoing service needs Maintain regular communication with clients and help ensure planning recommendations are implemented Assist with portfolio analysis and investment reviews Monitor client accounts and identify potential planning opportunities Support the implementation of investment, insurance, and risk management strategies Coordinate with internal specialists and outside professionals when appropriate Maintain accurate client records and documentation within planning and CRM systems Help ensure client needs, follow-up items, and deliverables stay on track Contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience
