Business Document SpecialistThe Business Document Specialist duties in Corporations will include but are not limited to the following:Answers phone calls from the public using the VCC phone system and enters Call information into the CRM.Searches corporate documents and processes requests submitted by the public.Directs correspondence to the correct unit/recipient for response.Maintains guidance documents and notes for future reference.Minimum QualificationsThere are no minimum education or experience requirements.Additional CommentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in a call center. Customer Service Experience.
