About the Role: The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Enterprise Architecture, Data, and AI Governance. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing the architectural and governance foundation necessary to scale technology, data, and artificial intelligence across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating enterprise architecture, data governance, and AI governance into a cohesive capability, setting standards, and ensuring that the company can innovate rapidly while maintaining integrity, security, and responsible AI practices. As the firm prepares for the possibility of becoming a publicly traded entity, the role demands a leader who can mature governance to meet public-company standards and partner with various functions to ensure accountability and control practices. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, data architecture, engineering, or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a publicly traded company or a similar environment, with experience in IPO preparation and a strong understanding of public-company technology control expectations. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the company's technology architecture, leading AI governance, and establishing a governance framework that balances speed with legal, regulatory, and security considerations. The role also involves significant partnership with innovation, risk, legal, privacy, and security functions, and the ability to influence major technology decisions. The candidate should be a strategic, collaborative, and future-oriented leader, with a focus on talent development and clear communication.
