Job Description: The 20th Century Television series 911 Nashville is seeking an older female featured background actor for an upcoming scene filming in Nashville, Tennessee. The selected performer will portray the mother of the “Man in Hoodie” and will be chosen by the director based on submitted photos. This paid television casting opportunity is seeking a woman in her 70s who can naturally fit the character and bring an authentic, believable presence to the scene. Applicants must be able to work as Nashville-area locals and should have flexible availability for a potentially long production day.
Job Responsibilities: Portray the mother of the “Man in Hoodie” in featured background scenes for 911 Nashville. Perform natural reactions and movements appropriate to the scene. Follow blocking, positioning, and performance direction from the director and production team. Maintain consistent appearance, movement, and positioning across multiple takes. Remain available for the entire filming day, including extended hours if required. Work professionally with principal cast members, background performers, and production crew.
Requirements: Female talent in her 70s. Must be able to work as a local hire in Nashville, Tennessee, or surrounding areas. Must be a new face for this particular casting call. Talent who recently appeared on the production as a flight passenger or wedding guest are not eligible for this booking. Must have flexible availability regardless of the final call time. Must be prepared to work 12 hours or longer if required by production. Must be legally authorized to work and able to complete I-9 employment verification. Production does not provide employment visa sponsorship. Current, accurate photos should be submitted for director selection. Compensation $100 for 8 hours. $12.50 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee. Paid featured background television opportunity.
