The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and integrating sales, operations, and commercial operations, and will work closely with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to ensure the translation of strategy into effective execution. The President/COO will also be tasked with owning the operating rhythm, from S&OP to market-level execution, and must be a data-driven decision-maker with a strong financial acumen. Applicants for the President/COO position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' of experience, with a significant background in the beer, beverage, or alcohol industry, particularly in a multi-market scale. The role requires an enterprise operator with a proven track record in both sales and operations, and a deep understanding of national chain management and expert distributor management.
