About the role

Saladin Pump & Equipment in Beaumont, TX, is seeking a hands-on leader to run and improve the daily operations of our service shop. You will supervise technicians and machinists, troubleshoot difficult repairs, review tear-downs, and ensure work meets OEM standards with safety and quality at the forefront. You’ll partner with RC, RE, SSS, and Sales Engineers to align repair scopes, parts, and timelines while coaching the team and maintaining credible technical leadership in a busy repair
