At The Law Office of Eric Beasley, we pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service to all our clients.
What You’ll Do: The position will primarily involve:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Taking messages for attorneys Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in the office Drafting basic letters, forms, and other documents using office templates
- Organizing and maintaining client files
- Entering and updating information in our case management system
- Assisting attorneys and other staff with general office tasks
- Handling other administrative duties as needed
- Presenting as clean and professional in the office Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating with people
- Able to learn new software and office procedures
- Proficient with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Outlook Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Interested in developing a long-term career in the legal field
No college degree or legal certificate is required. Prior legal experience is preferred but not necessary. We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.

Compensation
Starting pay:
approximately $18-$20/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are open to both full-time and part-time employment, however, full-time is preferred.
