Qualifications:
Experience using a laser template system is required. A strong understanding of construction with a good mathematical aptitude. Previous experience installing granite, quartz or Solid surface is a plus. Must have a thorough knowledge of all available products used by the Company as it relates to product installation. Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships. Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process, and makes timely decisions. Strong organizational skills. Must know how to use and read a measuring tape. Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must possess a valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 5 years. The Successful Candidate Will: Be willing to follow established procedures. Be honest with a good work ethic. Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Be self motivated and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Have the ability to work well independently or in a team environment. Possess the ability to problem solve. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Displays willingness to make decisions. Required Education High school or equivalent.
